Terms And Conditions

SERVICES PROVIDED:

Goal Consulting GmbH (here: “The Company”) is an independent, privately owned company engaged in the service of finding and providing tickets and packages for admission to events world wide. Through our many sources we are able to get a wide variety of seats to almost any event, in any city. Due to the efforts and costs involved, all seats are sold at above face value. The company also facilitates the purchase process on authorised sales by providing requisites such as local phone numbers or credit cards. In this case the client owns the tickets at the purchase and he only pays us a fee for the service of providing such requisites.

POLICIES:

Tickets for all major events are subject to acceptable availability. Due to the nature of our business, delivery of tickets could be as late as the day of the event.
Odd amounts of tickets cannot be guaranteed to be together, neither can rows or sections.

CANCELLATIONS:

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. There are no refunds or canellations of orders. Upon request we will agree to place your order on a “Try to sell” basis.

WEATHER:

Weather conditions may affect travel to and from the event, and may cause a postponement or cancellation of the event. Such circumstances are beyond the control of The Company and accordingly no refund for unused services, or allowance for the loss of enjoyment caused by weather conditions, will be made by The Company.

TRANSPORTATION:

The Company shall not be held responsible for damages, for delays, cancellations or unavailability of public or private transportation caused by an act of God, by acts of war, riot, civil commotion, by an act of State, by strikes, fire, flood, restricted availability, or by the occurence of any other event beyond the control of The Company.

SPECIAL NOTES:

If your first choice of tickets is not available, The Company reserve the right to upgrade or downgrade (partial refund) the order to the next available category or to cancel the order with a full refund.
All prices are quoted in euros. All deposits are non-refundable.
All ticket prices are guaranteed at the time an order is placed, and payment is received.
100% full payment must be received in order to guarantee a ticket purchase.

CONDITIONS OF SALE:

1. Please check tickets as mistakes cannot be rectified at a later date

2. No money refunded or tickets exchanged in the event of the show being cancelled, in which case ONLY the face value may be refunded

3. Event Changes/Cancellations

Where the situation arises that an event may be changed or postponed then all monies paid shall be transferred to the new dates. All dates and kick off times are subject to change due to TV commitments and is the customers responsibility to check any changes. If the new event date is unsuitable for you then we are unable to offer a refund unless they receive a refund from the organiser. If the event has been cancelled then any refunds due will be passed on directly to you This will depend on the amount received back from the organiser

4. All tickets are sold at booking fee, however, in some cases tickets are available for sold-out events. Subsequently we usually pay premiums which are reflected in the price.
THE PROVISION OF TICKETS, ENTERTAINMENT PACKAGES AND RELATED HOSPITALITY SERVICES BY THE COMPANY ARE EXPRESSLY CONDITIONED UPON THE BOOKING TERMS AND CONDITIONS SET FORTH BELOW (ALSO REFERRED TO AS THE “CONTRACT”). ANY TERMS AND CONDITIONS PROPOSED BY YOU IN ADDITION TO, OR IN CONFLICT WITH THESE BOOKING TERMS AND CONDITIONS ARE EXPRESSLY REJECTED BY THE COMPANY.

5. We are doing all we can to deliver your tickets and make sure they are valid on entry. If in any case we are unable to deliver or you are not able to enter the event with the tickets delivered by us, you will be refunded the amount paid to us, including any premiums but we will not be accountable for any additional costs you might have.

Credit Card Application

For some events, you can only apply with a special Credit Card on the authorised selling website . We as a card issuer can provide you such cards for your ordering process. For security reasons we will create the accounts and process the payments on your behalf, with the data you provided. You will receive full access to your account, as soon as you paid us the full price for the tickets plus our service fee.

DELIVERY

Delivery Methods and Types of Tickets

Event tickets are normally delivered one night before the event date to the Local Hotel Address where the event will be taking place. The Hotel address should be provided upon booking.For hotel delivery, this would be the front desk or concierge. Customers are asked to contact The Company if the event is less than 24 hours and they have not received their tickets yet. The delivery method is communicated to the Customers upon booking. If by any chance the ticket was not received, Customers are urged to contact The Company immediately on info@rcitickets.com and The Company Representatives will track and communicate the delivery time to the customers.

The Company reserve the right to deliver tickets up and until the day of the event via its venue representatives (i.e. in some cases a venue collection is applied which means that Customers may pick up their tickets from the venue directly) Please note that delivery charges will not be refunded in this event.

Tickets will be delivered either in person or through a secure courier service or by local ticket collection at the particular venue or via email in form of electronic tickets. It is your responsibility to provide us with a safe, secure delivery point and to be available to accept delivery. It is also your responsibility to enter a valid email address in your order to facilitate the receipt of electronic tickets. We will not be liable for refused delivery, refused or failed delivery arising from you failing to provide complete information to us (including, your name, address and email), unclaimed post, return deliveries, or missing mail. In the event your tickets are lost, delayed or damaged by the courier, The Company may not be held liable but an investigation with the courier will take place in order to find the appropriate method of solving the risen issue.

The Company can deliver the customer an E-Ticket, a Match Day Paper Ticket, a Season Ticket (card) or a Member Card. In the likely event of the event being a card entry venue, customers will only have the delivery option of a local hotel delivery. Customers must bring their ticket confirmation email along with a valid ID or credit card in order to collect the tickets.When the customer receives a Season Ticket (card)/Member Card, it can only be used for the specific date and event booked from The Company. Once the event ends, the client must send back immediately the Season Ticket (card)/Member Card to The Company based on instructions received from The Company or from the suppliers of The Company.These instructions can be given by phone, email or a letter attached to the Season Ticket (card)/Member Card inside the envelope. Customers that are staying at a hotel (In the event city) are required to leave the Season Ticket (card)/Member Card, the same night at the end of the event, inside an envelope at the hotel front desk and will write on the envelope the name of The Company or other names based on the instructions received from The Company. Customers are required to meet The Company´s representatives after the event to give them back the cards as they carry information/tickets for the next event at that venue.
If the Customers holding a ticket  lose or do not meet The Company venue representatives after the event, and abide by the given instructions, Customers will be liable for automatic charges to their credit card or any other used payment method. Customers who fail to return the tickets give The Company full authority to charge their credit card with the full amount for every event held at the respective venue. The prices displayed on the Website will serve as a charge base.

THE CONTRACT

These Booking Terms and Conditions shall constitute a binding agreement and contract between you, your company and The Company; you accept the terms and conditions of this contract when you confirm the requirements of your order in writing, by either a booking form, letter, email, purchase order or facsimile.

Goal Consulting GmbH is a Swiss registered company. This contract shall be governed by the laws of Switzerland, without regard to conflict of laws of principle; it shall be enforced exclusively in the appropriate court and you specifically agree to accept such jurisdiction and waive any objections to Switzerland jurisdiction over you; if any provisions or portion of a provision is held to be invalid, illegal or enforceable, such provisions will be enforced to the maximum extent permissible so as to effect the intent of the parties, and the validity, legality and enforceability of the remaining provisions shall not be effected or impaired in any way; if any legal proceedings of any nature are brought by The Company because of breach of or to enforce or interpret any of the terms of this contract, The Company shall be able to recover from you its reasonable solicitor’s fees and other associated costs; this contract, together with the description of services provided by The Company on its invoice, constitutes the entire agreement between the parties and replaces and supersedes all agreements, promises or understandings, whether written or oral,and cannot be modified unless in writing and signed by the General Manager of The Company
